One feature of the election that confuses me is Congress. https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/ng-interactive/2020/nov/03/us-senate-house-of-representatives-elections-2020-full-results-congress The senate seems to be stuck on D 48(+1) R 48(-1) . Who are the 4 remaining states? Actually in practice i think it is D 48.5 as the D vice president has casting vote.
