  1. This class uses a mixture of standing, seated and floor work to work the whole body using light resistance and props. Inspired by Pilates, this class will pay special attention to posture, core and breathing and allow you to become more in tune with your changing body. Exercises are designed specially for the pregnancy woman and will: Prepare the body for the physical challenges of each trimester, birth and beyond Promote good posture and minimise back pain Maintain pelvic floor function Manage pelvic discomfort Maintain muscle strength and tone Release tightness Promote relaxation through breathing We are now taking bookings for our next block: Start date: Saturday 1st November 2014 Class time: 9am - 10am Duration: 5 week block Cost: ?60 Spaces available: 7 Location: Goose Green Clinic, 57 East Dulwich Road, SE22 9AP Please get in touch to book your place!

  3. Are you looking for a workout that's specifically designed for women who've had children? Stuck for childcare and need to bring your kids with you? Or looking for a class while the kids are in school? Postnatal + is aimed at women who are used to exercise and want a workout that targets those areas us ladies are concerned about, particularly when we've had children. I am a mum of two and am a fully qualified and insured post natal instructor. My classes are challenging but fun and will strengthen and tone those muscles and get you looking and feeling great!
