The Commissioner of Police for the Metropolis, via one of HM Constables, at East Dulwich Police Station - under threat - has in my view, taken away my Freedom of Speech. I have written to the Home Secretary, trying to find out which statute he [Commissioner] relied upon and await a reply. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Anything else I can do?
