just that really... i want to start running again but need to carry phone, keys and asthma inhaler. want to be able to do floor exercises / stretching on my tummy and back without having to unload the pockets on the back of my leggings & tops and these don't fit the inhaler anyway. ended up just carrying it the other day but it wasn't great.

ideas / tips gratefully received...

Hi Convex. Over the years I've tried various different belts and carriers but have never liked them as I find they tend to bob up and down and basically do my head in all through my run. I've settled on doing the following:

Keys - take off the ones I need and either thread through my shoe lace (if it is just the yale one) or use the key ring bit to attach them to the shoulder strap of my sports bra. I then tuck the keys under the shoulder strap to stop them jangling about.

Phone - stuff it down the side of my sports bra. Usually stays put although it can move around a bit but I just shove it back into place.

I also put a pound coin in the pocket of my running bottoms just incase.

Been doing this for many years now and it has served me well :-)

I don't have an inhaler but if I did I'd probably stuff that down my bra too. I know lots of people like the arm strap holders- have a look at this page to get an idea: http://www.ronhill.com/accessories/packs-and-carriers

You may well find something in Sports Direct on their running accessory stand or in Decathlon. And of course lots of people get on very well with the belt packs and holders - I am just miserable and intolerant!

Sorry I promise this will be my last message - running is my favourite subject and I am on a roll now. I think this looks very good and the customer reviews are helpful:

Ronhill do a similar one too.

    • The chancellor is exploring new opportunities (  and rightly so) for raising tax revenue in an endeavour to tackle the debt burden facing the nation. One think tank has floated the possibility of taxing  remittances  sent overseas by UK residents using a mix of formal channels  such as banks Western Union, MoneyGram, Wise and WorldRemit.  The proliferation of Western Union agencies has become notable in recent years. It is estimated that  around £28.5 billion was remitted to such countries as India, Pakistan, Nigeria and  countries in the Caribbean. Imposing such a tax could reduce capital outflows and result in greater investment here in the UK. The USA is introducing a tax at the rate of 1% effective 1/1/2026. Canada, Oman and Saudi Arabia are expected to follow suit.
    • I'm trying to be civil, see things from different perspectives and avoid arguments. The grey economy is cash in hand, so no tax to be paid, Chancellor loses out, we all win. Zero hrs contracts must be tough not knowing where or when the next work is coming from.  My position might not be great, but with a bit of sensible weekly shopping, stocking up on best buys etc. one survives and life ain't that bad.
    • I'm trying to find a venue for my daughter's 18th but it's really difficult. Most venues don't want 18th birthday parties. We were looking at Brockwell Hall (The newly refurbed big ol' house in the park) but they want 4.5k for a night which has to finish at 11pm. My daughter tells me her friends don't go out till 11 which I think may be an exageration but I get her point. I'm looking for a bar/club type venue where I can have a DJ till 1/2am and that's about it. Any ideas would be appreciated.
