Hi Everyone,

Just to let you know that some spaces have become available on Mondays evenings at 6.30pm and 8pm at Dulwich Chiropractic Clinic. Classes run in 4 week blocks with another cycle starting this evening, Monday 4 April.

Classes are small and intimate with a maximum number of five students so there is plenty of scope for individual attention. I teach a mixture of styles. As well as asana (posture), we focus on yogic breathing techniques which is a great way to de-stress and calm the mind. All ages, men and women welcome.

  Thankfully, it seems that yesterday's "Red vs Blue" school wars thing has turned out to be a hoax/ nonsense/ whatever. (See link below if you managed to avoid this stuff). In years to come, we might found out who - or which countries - has an interest in testing what happens when you post socially disruptive content online about fake events... In the meantime, thank you to our local teachers and other school workers, police community support officers and police officers. My commute happens to take me past a bunch of schools at dropoff/pickup times, and I noticed a much greater and more visible presence on streets outside/near schools than normal.
