Clothing Alterations

Does anyone know of a good dry cleaners that do excellent clothing alterations I have a long evening dress that's slightly to long and need advice

I use the dry cleaners on East Dulwich Road, next to the ice-cream parlour in the parade of shops.

Repairs and alterations are always neat and accurate, though I haven't been along with anything particularly complicated. Woman who runs it is very helpful though, and she will give honest advice.

Don't know if you are still looking, Gaynor, but the price I was given by a seamstress in a local dry-cleaner's shop for minor alterations to a few shirts turned out to be higher than the tailor in the shop on Bellenden Rd. I think the shop is called Otherwise. This was a couple of years ago. You might want to check them out.
