The bog standard Ikea white plastic highchair with metal legs is good - really cheap and very easy to clean. You can also get a clip on tray for it. If you are prepared to spend more, then I would really really recommend getting a Stokke tripp trapp - I got mine for about ?80 second hand from gumtree, and you can sometimes find them to pick up locally on ebay. They are great because they are adjustable so you can keep using them as your baby grows into a toddler and beyond, and they look more like a normal chair, can be tucked under the table, etc.
Another vote for ikea. We originally got a nice wooden chair with cushion. Looked good but cleaning it a bit of a hassle to get into all the cracks. The antelop is much easier to just wipe down with a cloth, plus as fuschia says, you can easily take legs off and take away with you on holiday/to visit grandparents etc. And it costs ?11 in a choice of colours!
