Childminder with spaces available

Hi im an ofstead registered childminder, with pediatric first aid, safeguarding and all other relevant training. I am married with 2 children of my own who are of school age. We live in a house with a garden. We attend groups every morning and work closely with other childminders so the children get a real home from home atmosphere but with the added bonus of making friends with other children who they see daily.

I live on Overhill road(the lordship lane end of the street) so close to forest hill overground and the 185,176,197 p13 bus route.

I now have a space available as my son had just turned 5 so no longer included in my under 5 ratio. The space is available mon,tues,wed and I work from 8am-6pm

(sorry but I'm not doing after school pick ups for the foreseeable future)

  So let's never do anything that might improve an area, because it will just be dragged down to the level of what's presently there? Is that what you are saying? I don't have the time or the inclination to do the research, but I'm pretty sure that I have read that when people who had lived in a very run down area were given nice surroundings, they appreciated and looked after them.
