Can anyone recommend a physio?!

I recently twisted my ankle and badly hurt my ankle falling over, it's only been 6 weeks since the injury.

I was given a boot to wear for the first 3 weeks.

It's still causing me some pain, especially if I walk for to long.

I'd really like to see a physio as I really don't want to make it any worse.

Thanks Jade

Though there may not be one in August, as many people will be away  Also, depending what you are into, there is a Singaround upstairs at The Castle in Crystal Palace Road on the second Sunday of the month. Listeners are welcome too! It's all ages and any genre of song (though it depends who comes on any particular evening). More info from https://www.thegooseisout.com/faq or PM me.
