2 strong people needed in the next week to move furniture

We need help with moving furniture around the house, in preparation for doing some renovation. We live near goose green. Jobs will require 2-3 people.

We are moving around beds, chest of drawers, desks etc.

We also would like to move a very large sofa bed downstairs. - from 2nd floor bedroom to 1st floor bedroom. Will involve dismantling and putting back together again. Our movers did this when we moved in so I know it can be done!!

Finally we also have a sofa that we want to get rid of and another to move into a different room.

Any clever movers who can help? What is your hourly rate? Should not take more than 3 hours.
