Occasional babysitter wanted for 2 year old

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I am looking for a warm, experienced babysitter to occasionally look after our 2 year old daughter in the evenings during the week. We live locally in east Dulwich and both myself and my husband work full time. Occasionally we need someone to help to pick up our daughter from her local nursery, walk her home and give her supper until either one of us gets back from work.

She is a delightful girl who can be shy at times so we are looking for someone who lives locally who she can get used to. The requirement is not fixed or regular i.e. every week but we would like to build a relationship with someone who is experienced and likes spending time with young children.

You would need to be CRB/DBS checked and have references we could verify.

This would suit someone who lives locally and would like occasional work.

Please PM if interested.

Thanks!

    • These neighbours dislike trees period. They refused to have lost trees replaced by the Estate on our communal green. They don’t like the leaf and seed droppings. These make the grass look ‘messy’. Similarly, they don’t like my policy of leaving the tree leaves where they lie on the grass verge - hence chopping the overhanging branches. It’s like living in the 1950s. My neighbours have three gardeners with leaf blowers who come twice weekly to remove every leaf from their front lawns. Their grass is cut weekly and all the  cuttings put in multiple brown bins. It’s an outdated mindset of the moneyed classes in my view. But sadly, I’m very much in the minority.
