flocker spotter
We have just been told by Duwlich Orthodontic Centre that our child does not qualify for NHS orthodontic treatment because her bite has improved after extractions.I have done some on-line research and spoken to our local dentist. Both indicate she should qualify for NHS treatment.I would like to appeal. Has anyone any experience of appealing against an orthodontist's decision? If you have please get in touch. minder
I feel for you. My daughter was referred to Greenwich orthodontics in the end as Dulwich Orthodontics seemed geared towards private treatment and making money. EDmummy
We've been going through this too! And we've had two cancellations because the consultant wasn't available. I'm thinking about insisting he's see at Kings Dental (albeit with the wait) or going private. My impression is that Dulwich Orthodontics are trying to make people go private! BeccaL
That's interesting to know - going for daughter's first appointment at DO in a couple of weeks. Will bear this in mind - thanks all... flocker spotter
Thanks for everyone's advice. Think the Greenwich option is our best bet within the available time frame.
