Largish ginger and white cat hovering around offices on North Cross Road Very friendly and looks well fed.

Has been hanging around for the last couple of days and tries to get inside.

May have lost his way or maybe someone has moved in recently nearby and he has escaped ?

I suspect the same cat is now one in same as ginger white cat hovering in Gardens (side nearest North Cross Road)the last 2 days. Calm, assured in manner and in very good condition with clean white paws?surely from a good home.

Hi our much loved ginger and white cat Atticus has been missing since Saturday! I will come down to the Gardens and call for him, please reply to this if you see him again. He is ginger and white with a white stripe down his nose and quite distinctive gingery markings, and a white chest. I am going to try and come down to the gardens and call him.

Hi,

Atticus is in The Gardens! ? in and around the south west corner between 29-34.

Has been the last few days, so it's a matter of you making contact via PM and/or reply to this post and am sure you'll all be repatriated.

Thank you everyone who has helped, the joy of the forum: Atticus is now home! and happy (I think... although he really liked the Gardens). Not the first time he's ended up a fair way from home across a busy road.

    • Why assume he has serious mental heath issues? It may be intolerable for him. There are often complaints about vertical neighbours, especially those with kids or pets. If there is no insulation between ceiling and floor, sound carries. Kids or pets run around a lot and the sound of feet carries. You don’t say what type of flooring you have, having thick carpets etc can help
    • Yeah you're right. I realised later that he does flap and is clearly v sensitive to criticism.
    • Not sure were you're getting 'cool rishi' from. I thought he had quite a reputation for being tetchy.
    • Myself and my family has the last couple of years had some problems with the downstairs neighbour. He seems to have some serious mental health issues and believes we are targeting him by stamping the floor, slamming doors, moving boxes in the middle of the night etc. etc. The list is endless what he is complaining to the council about. The majority of his claims are simply just made up or caused by really thin walls and floors between our flat and the downstairs flat he lives in. (We are a really quiet family but have kids). We feel harassed and threatened by him but the Resident Services Officer is not helpful at all. The fact that he once threatened physical violence towards us (which was reported to the police) hasn't made any difference.  Any suggestions what we can do to solve the situation? Any ideas who we should talk to at the Council to get somewhere?  I should maybe add that we own our flat (Southwark Council is the freeholder) and he is a council tenant.
