I am thinking of doing something special for a childrens birthday party soon (7yr old).

Has anyone got any ideas? Party favours, sweets/gifts etc. How much should I be prepared to spend per head?

Entertainment ideas?

take the birthday child and a few friends to the IMAX and then have picnic/cupcakes outside on the southbank...good for 7 year olds...
