I am a female theatre writer/ film maker/ cinema worker looking for a quiet room around SE24. My budget is up to ?500 inclusive. Looking for something bigger than a box room, don't mind whether bed is double or single though, space is more important to me. Looking to live with independent professionals with their own lives but who like hanging out from time to time. Love pets. Am nearly vegan but don't demand that of others. Enjoy the odd glass of wine, walking. Not interested in paying a huge deposit. Want to move in around end of June, begin July or end of July.

  I used to use 500 degrees when it was on that site. Pretty tough for all the independents now with Megans, Chipotle and other independent restaurants all opening at the bottom end of Lordship lane. So much competition. There's also 3 Italian places at least. Isn't the Italian cafe going to rebrand as well soon?

  60%+ of PM2.5 matter from cars is from brake dust, tyres and road debris so fewer cars and better public transport is the best solution.
