Forgive me if it has already been posted but it is very nice to see that the boats are back on the lake. Quite a few people were making use of the boats, I am surprised it took so long as it was always so popular! I think Summer is going to be a good one in Dulwich park this year. It was great seeing all the park users enjoying all the new gym equipment too!

Not seen the outdoors gym equipment in Peckham Rye but they are a hit at Dulwich Park, all of them were in use by adults and young ones alike.

The outdoors ping pong tables look great too but I would think you would have to bring your own bat and ball, though what ball would work outdoors in the wind?!

    • In part, it’s largely down to people not actually caring about anyone or anything else apart from their own gratification (btw, there are better ways to get a dopamine fix)
    • I totally agree it just seems that it a thing nowadays.  It must be due to how fireworks are sold.

    • If it was limited to a couple of days a year, so we all knew, that would be fine. In the last few years (and it is a recent thing) you get random fireworks going off any time after dusk for half the year. It does more than cause problems for pets and wildlife- it can mean lasting damage and massive expense and hassle for pet owners. All because some get a buzz out of loud bangs.
