Brand new bike store for the taking

Recommended Posts

We've been idiots. We've ordered, and built, a bike store that is too big for our side return. This is the shed:

Unfortunately, now it's built, the only way to get out out through the house is to dismantle it.

We're so keen to get rid of it, that we'll give it away. The catch is you'll need to take it apart yourself. Also, you'll probably need to buy a new piece of felt for the roof, because I don't think it will survive being taken off and reattached.

On the upside, we've drilled all the annoying holes in the frame, so you won't need to.

Here's a photo of it as is. We didn't get round to putting the front bolt on. We'd realised our mistake by then.

PM me if you want it!

Thanks.

Me again. It just occurred to me that someone may want the second shed we bought and don't want ... (the shame, oh the shame of it).

We are planning to return it, but will need to pay postage.

So just in case anyone wants one of these - http://www.shedstore.co.uk/storage/bike-storage/shire/shire-bike-store-6-by-3 - , rather than pay ?139 plus delivery charge, you could take ours off our hands for ?120, and ditch the delivery charge plus the waiting time. Everyone wins, that way.

Just don't point and laugh at us in the street if you see us again.

Anyway, PM me if that appeals.

    • Dog kennel isn't a great name for a school. I agree that it's ridiculous for the name to put anyone off going there, but don't see any issue with them rebranding if the parents and children prefer a new name. The school is surrounded by historical 'groves' (reflected in the names of Camberwell Grove, Grove park and Grove Vale for example), so it's not a totally random name.
    • It might help if there are body cams to record evidence and a presence maybe a deterrent but I very much doubt a park warden would intervene with obnoxious and violent thugs - children or not. We need police for that.

His attention to detail was matched by his kind humanity. The result was a completely renovated toilet which has never worked more efficiently as well as 'service with a smile'. MANY THANKS NIKO!!!
    • I am trying to find out about people's experiences of the 4+ and 7+ assessments. I am a teacher and have a wealth of experience tutoring for theses assessments (including my own son), but it's always good to keep on top of things as they always make tweaks to them. TIA!
