thebestnameshavegone
Anyone else noticed they've been particularly loud recently? Beauregard, my son, runs crying into my room at 5am sharp every morning when these beastly things begin their tuneless braying. WHY are the council not doing anything? Is this not what I pay my council tax for? When I used to live in Hampshire we used to sort things like this out the old-fashioned way - with birds of prey and shotguns - I'll wager those Southwark council beaurocrats have some petty bylaw against this, as usual. Moos
I thought 'Beauregard' was a nice touch. Have got rather bored of Quentin and Tarquin. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/11097-birds-singing-in-peckham-rye/#findComment-320181 Share on other sites
Peckhamgatecrasher
Shame on you, Moos! Who could be bored with Uncle Quentin?Should you even be here - aren't you supposed to be taking the waters in Baden Baden? Michael Palaeologus
I learned to be wary of Uncle Quentin at an early age. He died an unfortunate death in Bratislava ...... Peckhamgatecrasher
Michael darling, I think you are confusing your nuncles. It was Great Uncle Bulgaria who died a horrible death in Bradford. Pressburg is well known for encouraging all things avuncular. Peckhamgatecrasher
I believe Tomsk was involved in something unmentionable in the Isle of Mull. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/11097-birds-singing-in-peckham-rye/#findComment-320244 Share on other sites
