Thank you for your reply,

I requested that Mr McNally clarify the ambiguity in his letter,

1) What was the date on the letter that had been handed to him by the leader.

2) Whom handed him the letter. Shepperd or Stanton

Very simple and reasonable requests, given the amount of data being produced, a reference point would help me manage information.

As you can see I afforded Mr McNally the courtesy of referencing his letter by both date and ref: #

Not only did Mr. McNally chose not to reciprocate he chose not to respond.

This lack of professional courtesy is indefensible.

Because the Strategic Director did not send me the letter of the 1st February 2010 Mr. McNally did.

Question: why would one ask someone that did not send a letter, about a letter sent by someone completely different?.

You have, from what I can see, made a serious allegation. The counsellors have passed it to their legal department. At that point, if I was the councillor, I'd stay out of the loop as well. Legal matters are best dealt with by the experts and councillors are, generally, not experts.

You've been given the Strategic Director's name it has been passed to - that is the person to talk to. Councillors are there to run the council's day to day stuff. You have a specific complaint that has been passed to what sounds like the right person. Contacting them is the correct thing to do - writing childish websites won't get you anywhere (and from the various responses here, seems to have failed spectacularly).

Also, you are being more than a little disingenuous - your website is entitled "Reason not to vote Liberal Democrat" and way down the bottom you try to wriggle out of this, saying "I am not telling anyone how they should vote." What exactly are you trying to achieve here?

My opinion is that the Lib-Dem?s are not fit to govern. This opinion is based on factual evidence provided. Given no one thus far has provided me with any factual evidence to contradict my opinion. I have made my case.

Logic dictates,

If the Lib-Dem?s cannot function professionally locally, why would anyone trust them to work any better nationally?

I am not telling anyone how they should vote, that?s between them and the ballot-box.

Liberal Democrats are not fit for governance of this country in my opinion.

I am sorry that you have misunderstood the web-site.

I have given reasons not to vote Lib-Dem. Such as, Lib-Dem councillors deleting emails without reading then first and Lib-Dem councillor not responding to letters and email plus more.

If you would like to tell me where I have told people how to vote I would be happy to correct this.

I do not understand your comment ?wriggle out of this? if you feel I have been duplicitous in some way, you are wrong, I leave that kind of behavior to Southwark Council.

OK, Who let the playground bully?s out?

KD

KD - I'm familiar with the type of behaviour you have described.

I know of cases where Tessa Jowell, her conservative predecessor Gerald Bowden and Harriet Harman have blanked constituents who raised allegations against medical practitioners, lawyers and police officers.

I think most politicians and social elites know whose back to scratch and what to leave well alone.

Many a true word spoken in jest.

Do you even read you own contradictory utterings before you press 'post'? Personally, if the councillors have filed your correspondence under 'nutter', I wouldn't fault them.

I see you have descended to the gutter of name calling, forgive me if I do not join you there.

KD

For clarity,

I have given reasons not to vote Lib-Dem.

There maybe many on this forum that can give good reason to vote for Lib-Dem.

Unfortunately some people on this forum are confusing the word reason and telling.

Reason is a human mental faculty that allows an individual to formulate premises that could lead to conclusions.

Sorry, when can we expect to see you on Jerry Springer show next?

KD

Hmmm. The Kevin Springer Show. Sounds plausible.

(Crowd: KEV-IN, KEV-IN)

Kevin Springer: Today we meet a man who is upset his email wasn't replied to. Let's meet Kevin! Kevin, you were ignored by a Southwark councillor...

KD: Yes, this man sent me a letter and when I asked him a question, he... he... he didn't reply. (Kevin breaks down uncontrollably. A box of tissues is fetched from the side of the studio.)

(Crowd: KEV-IN, KEV-IN)

KD: I mean, if this doesn't show the man isn't fit for office, what would? How anyone could vote for a man who... who... (sobs again) ignores emails. He's just a complete... rotter.

Kevin Springer: Have you tried setting up a website on the subject?

KD: Of course! I mean, in this situation, what else could I do? It was the only sane course of action.

(Crowd: KEV-IN, KEV-IN)

[the rest can be seen on ITV2 sometime in the small hours of the morning]

You are so sad,

You cannot come up with your own original punch line, so you steel my punch line and feebly try and make it your own.

Not only plagiaries but sad plagiaries at that.

You really must be the life and sole of the party (NOT)

I was sorry to hear that the doctors could not reverse your lobotomy

    • I highly recommend Temi as a very skilled and reliable painter / decorator based in the East Dulwich & SE London area. She has completed many jobs for us over the past 10 years at our property on Overhill Road SE22 and also on Harlescott Road SE15, and we have always been thoroughly impressed with her work. We often leave her with keys and leave her to work her magic, fully confident that she's 100% trustworthy and will always do a fantastic job. If you're looking for a trustworthy local decorator who delivers exceptional work Temi is a great person to call. I'm not affiliated with her or her business in any way and actually found her through a recommendation on the ED forum over 10 years ago, i just like to recommend really good tradespeople who deserve a thank you. • ''He caused chaos  in this country with his put down of everything British and his many dismal words about the effects of Brexit on this country.'' What utter tosh. Carney had to mitigate the effects of Brexit caused by plastic patriots like Farage. For example, immediately after the 2016 Brexit vote the BoE had to intervene fiscally by dropping interest rates and increasing QE in order to prevent the economy from taking a big hit.  They were unable to prevent the £ from crashing at the time, and it has since been worked out that the effect of that alone caused a circa £900/year hit to each UK household, which equates to the UK @ £450m/week.   There's reams of data out there that shows the economic damage Brexit has caused to the UK. Here's one looking at business investment, admittedly not very sexy but kinda important if you want to achieve economic growth. It's clear to see that prior to 2016 we had reached parity with some of our main rivals, but since then we've flatlined. All that Brexit has achieved is to win the race to the bottom. There's a reason why Farage never brought up Brexit at the last election, he knows himself it hasn't delivered on any of the promises, quite the reverse in fact.  Labour, stupidly, by saying they can make Brexit work have in effect given Farage a Get Out of Jail Free card...
