Recommendation - Upvc sash Windows?

I am looking at getting some upvc sash Windows for our house. I have seen these can be very slimline and authentic these days but struggling to find any recommended companies- please let me know if you have had them installed and know of a good company!

I used Paul Higgins at Scenic Glazing http://scenicglazing.com & was very pleased with the finished windows & Paul's attention to detail & helpfulness. The windows have been in for about 5 years & are still looking good.

I got quotes from Bespoke & Scenic. While I'm sure I would have got lovely windows from Bespoke I felt the quote meeting was quite rushed & a bit pushy. Paul from Scenic was very straightforward & was quick to amend the quote when I made an alteration. I went with the more expensive thin frames which was still considerably cheaper than Bespoke.

I love mine. My one tip would be to make sure that you get window locks, so that you can keep them open a few inches at night. I had no idea this was an option and really regret not getting them.

I second Bespoke Windows. They used to have a deal if you ordered in Jan-June too.

Had three Sash Windows fitted by Scenic in the Bay at front of house. Paul and his colleague did an excellent job at a very fair price. This was a few years ago and they still work perfectly.

I used bespoke windows on Lordship lane this month to replace my wooden sashes with UPVC ones.

They did a fantastic job, they weren't the cheapest quote I got, but I think for the quality it was worth paying a small amount more.

We were really happy with Bespoke too. The windows look great (often mistaken for wood) and everything was done very efficiently and tidily. Also nice people to deal with.

Another word on Bespoke Windows. We bought some Windows from them a few years back. The Windows have been problem free, and Bespoke recently provided a free replacement handle when we decided we wanted one window to open to the left instead of the right. Good aftercare service!
