Thames Basin flooding

Most of the media reports have been about the Severn and Avon basins flooding.

There has been very little I have seen about The Cotswolds and Oxfordshire, but there appears to be a very large amount of floodwater and surface water there that needs to make its way down The Thames Basin and funnel its way through London in the next 48 hours.
