Pagey Posted July 8, 2016 Share Posted July 8, 2016 If you join the Residential Landlord's Association you can download all the necessary legal documents/templates and they are updated each year . The cost of membership can be offset against rent as tax allowable expense , you need to understand the different types of agreement and other documents which need to be provided.
