Copy of Tenancy Agreement in Word Format?!

I'm trying to put together a tenancy agreement for my soon to be tenant, does anyone have any copies of their own ones or templates that they can kindly send through?

If you join the Residential Landlord's Association you can download all the necessary legal documents/templates and they are updated each year . The cost of membership can be offset against rent as tax allowable expense , you need to understand the different types of agreement and other documents which need to be provided.
