Tima
Si Mangia is currently closed with notice that it has been acquired by Lorenzo of Crystal Palace & will reopen in a few weeks. Chirpie
I'm fairly sure both are the same extended family. And, Lorenzo's is fairly similar in price, quality and general feel...So hopefully not too much change as they are both great places... Not been in for a while. I've always loved both restaurants so it'll be in good hands. PRyeEmma
This is such a relief to hear! My girls and I were so sad to think that Si Mangia was gone but knowing it is likely to be similar will cheer them right up! I hope they keep the excellent lunch deal... dampdoris
Unfortunately the food at lorenzo's is nowhere near the same quality as si mangia and it looks like si mangia is heading the same way. Last time I was in there I heard they will no longer be making fresh pasta. My favourite dish had also already been removed from the menu. It's a real shame as this place was by far the best Italian restaurant in the area.
