Car vandalism down Barry Road

Hi,

Has anyone found a windscreen wiper in their garden? We went out in our car the other day, and noticed that some little blighter had ripped the rear window wiper off, whilst it was parked down the Dulwich Library end of Barry Road.

We have a very old saab, and we are both quite hacked off about it!

Was it theft or vandalism? I know friends who've had just one blade nicked, just to save someone a few quid at Halfords.

I'm not quite sure to be honest. I guess it looks as if it has been taken off rather than ripped off, and my feeling is that it would have been thrown into a front garden if it was vandalism now I think about it, but I am just not sure really. Damned annoying tho! Really winds me up!

Lotty I feel your pain on this one, some disgusting hooligan stole the badge off of the front of my Ford (annonymous model)automobile. I had literally just got back from a shopping visit to Lewisham, parked up and went inside, was unpacking, and heard a strange loud noise coming from out the front of my place, I went outside to see this hoody running off with my badge, I was fuming. I tried to chase after the creature but it escaped down a side road. I hope you have reported this incident to the police, these scum should be prosecuted for this sort of damn right ignorant and pointless vandalism.
