I once left a small chicken in the oven on medium heat, forgot it was in there and went out for the day and had lunch out, with my mother didn't get back till about 10.00pm. The chicken was very crispy and aromatic.....

Another time I had the family over for Sunday lunch, roast chicken again, prepared all the veg and potatoes and went to church on the way home I suddenly remembered I had forgotten to take the chicken out of the freezer. They had to bring there own. lol

Took a pill to help me sleep, woke up early to do the old pre-clean before the cleaner comes. Got to work and realised I'd left my phone at home. Got home that night, searched hard....no phone. Checked Google and tracked it leaving my house later that morning...following the route of the bin lorry. I'd somehow wedged ?600 of Samsung into some old newspapers and tossed it into the recycling. F$#@$ng idiot.

    • The banking crisis was a global event which enabled the Tories victory and to this day is somehow used against Labour  covid and furlough are under events which impacted economy.  But guess what? Not just the uk economy! energy prices a result of the Russian invasion, something Johnson said would never happen and as we seek to remove ourselves from non-renewable and Russian controlled natural resources, we have Tories and reform condemning Labour for pursuing renewables. Something most other sane countries are doing  We must also not forget the mad relative in the attic.  Brexit.  Something which contributed massively both to the black hole and to the foreseeable future lack of growth  (this is something starmer has also bizarrely tied himself to. Presumably in an attempt to placate the media/loons who think it was a good idea but which will fail in both aims)
    • Ah, so unforeseeable events didn't add to the "black hole"  Gotcha
