Even ?2.50 for a glass of coke in a pub/restaurant would be too much. In a park caf?, you'd expect to get a can for under ?1.

It's Capitalism though - if people are queuing up, they'll charge high prices.


Now, Corbyn would have state controlled Latte prices (or no Latte at all - just Nescafe Original)

    • Thanks ianr. So no mention of either Tesco  or October? So we are no further forward with knowing when the Tesco will actually open? The place seems to have been empty for ages. I would have thought Tesco might have wanted to be up and running in time for Christmas, but maybe that isn't relevant to a relatively small Tesco Express? ETA: The wonders of the space bar, eh? It took me more  time than it should have done to see the difference between the two addresses in your previous post!
