Not lived on the estate, but used to live round the corner on Ivanhoe Rd and walked through it every day. Didn't have any problems. It's a very, very convenient location with three stations within walking distance.

Saying that, you need to be realistic.. it's densely populated and you're probably going to come across minor annoyances (kids revving scooters, people pumping out crap music) a bit more often than you would otherwise.

If you decide to move there and use standard broadband, the internet is very slow on the DKH Estate due to the fact the telephone lines are connected to the Brixton exchange, rather than Dulwich or Peckham. Fibre is fine though.

    • Well thanks for enriching the conversation.  Would you chuck Fah - rage in too for his tax avoidance on his property?   I expect it was lead story on Jeremy Vine too.  Doesn't make it a story, just a bit more of BBC tabloid style sensationalism.  There are numerous real news stories in the UK and across the world.  And now, apt for Halloween, you have summoned up the ghost of Louisa. So for the third time, will you now eat humble pie?
