Hi Everyone,

Just to let you know that I have some spaces available in my Monday evening class at 6.30pm at Dulwich Chiropractic Clinic. There are six classes in the first half of the autumn term which can be booked in advance either as two 3 week blocks or one 6 week block. Classes recommence on Monday 5 September 2016.

Classes are small and intimate with a maximum number of five students so there is plenty of scope for individual attention. I teach a mixture of styles with an emphasis on strength in the first half of the class and flexibility in the second. As well as asana (posture), we begin and end each class with pranayama, yogic breathing techniques: a great way to de-stress and calm the mind. All ages, men and women welcome.

In years to come, we might found out who - or which countries - has an interest in testing what happens when you post socially disruptive content online about fake events... In the meantime, thank you to our local teachers and other school workers, police community support officers and police officers. My commute happens to take me past a bunch of schools at dropoff/pickup times, and I noticed a much greater and more visible presence on streets outside/near schools than normal. Annoying as it must have been to be distracted from other important duties, I really value and appreciate them looking out for the kids. https://uk.news.yahoo.com/school-wars-trend-red-blue-london-police-latest-142328025.html https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2026/jan/01/birmingham-new-year-fireworks-display-centenary-square-police
