Grand Designs - Shawbury Road

Just passed by Walsh Glazing's old premises in Shawbury Road where they are shooting an advert for Channel 4's Grand Designs. I was told it will be one of the projects they'll be following. Kevin McLeod is there in hi vis and hard helmet.

There's already another Grand Designs house not 250m away, in Bawdale Road, behind Moxon's.

...and the other two timber houses off Landells Road. Kevin loves this area, think he used to live here.

I know about the Landells Road and Bawdale Road ones. Exciting there'll be a 3rd in our area. There was also one really close by in Herne Hill that was quite impressive and one in Peckham Rye years ago.
