Members and Non Members Welcome. To book any class, please call us on 020 86136500Join us for the following classes throughout the week:Mondays at 6pm: Teenflex Learn to stretch properly (excellent for anyone undertaking any sport), look after your body and chill with Alison BeadleWednesdays at 6pm: TeenBox Train like a champ at this high intensity class, with boxing training techniques and plenty of glove work. Expect to sweat with former British Lightweight Kickboxing Champion Anna-Maria.Saturdays at 2pm & 2.45: YouthGym (Beginners + Advanced)These guided Saturday sessions will help you learn your way around a gym and use the equipment properly. Marco will help you formulate a plan that works for your body and ability.
