We have a 4 year old and 2 year old who sleep well any babysitter shouldn't hear a peep from them on an evening. I wondered if there was anyone local in SE15 or has anyone used the online sitters.co.uk ? Often they're nursery staff and will quickly get on with the kids etc. And the best bit is that at the end you pay them and they go almost as soon as you get back - no standing around to chat when you're exhausted and just want your bed! The only issue can be it can be hard to get the same person over and over but everyone we've ever had has been great.
