Has anyone been to Ibiza during the winter/off-season months?

What is the weather like and are any clubs, bars, restaurants or shops open ?

Which part of the island would you recommend staying?

No, but Pacha keeps going throughout the year i think. most clubs have a closing night late sept/early oct

Maybe I'll give Ibiza a go this summer. I never went there back in it's heyday. I have heard it's a truly beautiful island and I'm tempted by the idea of a few nights off of my face in some of those hedonistic clubs

before I hit 40

Ibiza is awesome. Especially the old town. Stay well clear of the strips in San Antonio. Orrible..Orrible. Soul City is a must to go.
