The FSA recommends the following list: basically steak (yum), pulses, green veg eaten with fruit juice to aid absorbtion and not with coffee/tea which hamper absorbtion.


I have been told in my anaemic past that iron supplements are a good idea as well - liquid iron (they sell it at Health Matters for e.g.) is easier to digest than tablets, and doesn't cause constipation which is a bit of a pregnancy demon anyway.

    • Threads that devolve like this should be moved to the Lounge, so the 'comedy' can continue in an appropriate vacuum.
    • How very dare you. Rest assured, if it were intended to be comedy, it would have been funny.
    • I hadn't looked at the actual posts on Instagram. That's sad, then. The shop opening hours are still shown at the top of the page. I  guess changing them wasn't uppermost in her mind under the circumstances.
    • I want to recommend the kitchen fitters Top Marx kitchens. They were excellent from the communication, the planning and the fitting. John did a fantastic job of of fitting and worked around and solved many of the issues we had with Ikea who we purchased from. John gave lots of helpful advice and support. We would definitely use them again for any kitchen work. I have added before and after photos.
