The brand new CycleFit studio at JAGS Sports Club, complete with state of the art bikes and lights, will leave your heart pumping and yours abs and thighs nicely toned!

Classes available:


* Mondays: CycleFit Revolutions with Maxine, 7-7.30pm (cycling to lots of songs you know)


* Wednesdays: Beginners CycleFit with Catherine, 7-7.30am; Beginners CycleFit with Max, 6-6.30pm; Endurance CycleFit with Max, 7-7.45pm


* Thursdays: CycleCross with Max, 6.30 - 7.15pm (cycling followed by resistance training)


* Saturdays: Beginners CycleFit with Catherine, 10-10.30am

You can come as a non member to JAGS Sports Club if you would like to attend one of the classes. We offer multiple studio classes including yoga, Pilates, body conditioning, belly dancing, boxfit, zumba, circuits, which are ?8.50 per session. CycleFit is ?10 per session and is also open to non members.


If you come as a non member to CycleFit, you can grab yourself a loyalty card and will get your tenth session free.


Becoming a member at JAGS Sports Club includes all the studio and CycleFit sessions, as well as use of the pool, gym, free weights studio, tennis courts, badminton and ping pong facilities and climbing wall*. There are also monthly free taster sessions in tennis, badminton, swimming, climbing and trampoline, and discounts are offered on courses.

    • Yes!  Oh dear. I guess all you can do is feel sorry for them and be glad you are not like that.
    • I am, nothing to do with laziness on my part, honest
    • These neighbours dislike trees period. They refused to have lost trees replaced by the Estate on our communal green. They don’t like the leaf and seed droppings. These make the grass look ‘messy’. Similarly, they don’t like my policy of leaving the tree leaves where they lie on the grass verge - hence chopping the overhanging branches. It’s like living in the 1950s. My neighbours have three gardeners with leaf blowers who come twice weekly to remove every leaf from their front lawns. Their grass is cut weekly and all the  cuttings put in multiple brown bins. It’s an outdated mindset of the moneyed classes in my view. But sadly, I’m very much in the minority.
