TheGreatErnie
Hi,Both me and a friend (not Bert) have had a succession of Parking tickets via Bailiffs working on behalf of Lambeth council. These date back to December last year. Has anyone else had a series presented to them ? waynetta
Avoid parking tickets by leaving your windscreen wipers turned on to 'fast wipe' whenever you leave your car parked illegally. PeckhamRose
Lambeth Parking lot are awful. When I worked at a funeral directors in Lambeth they would even ticket the limousines and hearse. I think they are the scum of the earth. I wish you well but would recommend you look on the forums for such things and see what the laws are. Google consumer direct type of thing. TheGreatErnie
I was in the wrong about the parking tickets but the idiots of Lambeth council failed to check my address with DVLA so I never got the PCN. DJKillaQueen
Then you have a case to appeal all but the original parking fine. This happens quite often. Councils get the address wrong and the first thing a driver knows about it is when bailiffs turn up at the correct address. As long as you can prove Lambeth made a mistake with the address then they should withdraw the bailiff and accept payment of the original fine only as settlement. expat
Do they not send the PCN to the address where the car is registered? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/12706-lambeth-parking/#findComment-351972 Share on other sites
