These sessions are great if your goal is to loose weight or improve your general fitness. They are a lot of fun and working in a group provides motivation and a great energy to your work out.

No class is ever the same, we aim to mix it up and keep classes fun but also challenging. All Levels are welcome and classes are planned to cater to all abilities, you get out what you put in so no matter how fit you are you will see great results from these classes as long as your willing to get involved and work hard!

Sessions involve a lot of cardio and vary from running to body weight and equipment based excercises. If you have any injuries you should make us aware before taking part and we can tailor certain exercises to accommodate you and ensure you are getting the best out of the class while taking into account your individual concerns.

    • Thanks very much for that.   I think the better informed we are, the better our discussions will be. The article contained: "That arrest had quite an impact on the [phone theft] numbers for the following month,” said Green.  Here's another indicator, admittedly a piece of police PR,  of how well-targeted police efforts, mostly invisible to us,  can when successful  seriously affect offending figures: https://news.met.police.uk/news/met-police-drive-down-theft-and-robbery-by-84-percent-in-battersea-and-nine-elms-500495.
    • Another excellent article from Jim Waterson's London Centric reporting https://www.londoncentric.media/p/kitchen-foil-and-algerian-markets?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email Interesting that there seem to be favoured and repeated routes for phone snatching for particular thieves.  Seems ED might be one of them ☹️
    • Anywhere near the Overground/Windrush due to its excellent transport links.  You will get larger place in SE23 for example that will give you enough spare cash for private school if that's what you really want but states schools generally good, reflecting the demographic  Easy to get to the bustling streets of East Dulwich but in ten years see what happens to Forest Hill centre.  The whole of the area is full of green spaces. Access to East Croydon for days out in the South Coast
