I still nearly cry every time I look at my toddler girl's haircut. Don't want to be publicly negative about anyone (this was an at-home hairdresser who did do a great job on my hair) but please be very clear about what kind of cut you want for your child rather than let them experiment a bit :(
I went to Lawler Steel (sp?) in West Dulwich near Tesco's with my 22 month old son who is VERY reluctant to have his hair cut, and they did a lovely job. They let him sit on the floor and play while they cut his hair... I think Tuesday afternoons are reserved for children. Changes on Rosendale Rd have also done a good job in the past.

I'd recommend Jo

She works M-Fri in the City/ Barbican

But she works on Saturday from home & not far from you

She is a very good cutter of young boys hair & my youngest won't let anyone else near his head

I've tried others BUT she's very good

Otherwise, my eldest boy & I use the excellent Barry road Barbers in East Dulwich, near the Peckham Rye end

Carly:07903241170, Professional hair styling at reduced salon rates in the comfort of your own home,

I have tried Carly and felt very comfortable,my daughter loved her too,she is very good and open minded on what you wanted to do. I personally will not change here for any salon in Dulwich or the central ones.give here a call, she is just brilliant.

    • Well thanks for enriching the conversation.  Would you chuck Fah - rage in too for his tax avoidance on his property?   I expect it was lead story on Jeremy Vine too.  Doesn't make it a story, just a bit more of BBC tabloid style sensationalism.  There are numerous real news stories in the UK and across the world.  And now, apt for Halloween, you have summoned up the ghost of Louisa. So for the third time, will you now eat humble pie?
