A little bit about the classes ?

This yoga practice is designed to give you respite; work on the aches and changes, stretch the tension and build on areas of weakness caused by pregnancy. The classes will help calm your mind and enable you to breathe into what is the most amazing journey ahead, as a mother.

We will focus on strengthening postures, build on moves that will be beneficial for an active birth and lots of breath work too. You'll feel revived, stretched and relaxed, but most importantly empowered and strong!
