RECOMMENDED! Piano teacher

It took us a surprisingly long time to find a piano teacher so I thought I would recommend the chap we found and are now very happy with. Our daughter has started having piano lessons with Jack Hurst. He's a nice young man, very well qualified, great with kids, easy going, flexible and accommodating, and really good value.   Indeed and possibly because with such an extensive wish list as stated, it will be a nigh on impossible to achieve a suitable property for that budget, outside the Village or Alleyn Park area. Even then, all wishes being equal, it would need > £3m to get a suitable property. Compromise would seem appropriate therefore , which suggests rating each "wish" in order of priority.
