Skids, I am just doing a favour for ED womankind by having a bit of a recce. I should add actually, ED ladies, that our Skids is pretty hot in the flesh too, and I think he's single still.

See, I'm just the advance guard Skids, not a greedy cow after all!

IV will you be refereeing the metaphorical or indeed physical mud wrestling that will need to take place over the battle for the affections of our Rory... Contender reddddaaay

(I need to say that I am not in the running here, I'm a toxic spinster, and am an appalling dater given I get so terrified by meeting real people i cant actually speak - but I do love a happy ending!)

Swoon. Hi Karate on standy by.

  • 3 weeks later...

I've been horribly remiss - working too much and busy too much and also no internet at home (which is wonderfully wonderful).

Anyways, thanks for all the messages (and the two lovely lunches) - I definitely learned a thing or two! :-)

Cheers,

Rory

Erm, I don't think I've looked hard enough yet. Although, to be fair, I've been looking for years (climbed highest mountains, etc).

I did find a little bit of your hedge trimmer though! When's a good time to drop it off (may fit through the mail box; it's the little plastic guard - sorry about that).

Cheers!

Rory

    • Quote "it was quite clear that it wanted to nip me." Doesn't say clearly that it tried to bite you , but instead implies that you had the impression, right or wrong that it wanted to nip you.  unless you are clear others will read it how you write it.  As for being a jobsworth, what a quaint old expression, haven't heard that for a long while.

The safest additional security measure is what's called a ghost immobiliser, which cannot be traced through the car's electronics, meaning it is difficult to bypass. They cost a bomb however.
