EmmaCC
Just wondered if anyone could recommend a website for buying a table and chair set for a toddler (2 year old girl). It's going to have to go in the living/dining room so something tasteful but fun for her would be great... Thanks in advance... snss75
I don't know if Ikea is what your after but their Mammut colorful children furniture is defintely fun & won't break the bank. Ikea also do some other, maybe more tasteful, stuff like the Leksvik, have a look if you haven't already: http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/categories/departments/childrens_ikea/18767/ Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/13239-recommendation-for-toddler-table-and-chairs/#findComment-360478 Share on other sites
missd
I like the Ikea Kritter table and chairs - simple, white -really nice-and very reasonably priced Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/13239-recommendation-for-toddler-table-and-chairs/#findComment-360485 Share on other sites
candj
I too like the Mammut range from Ikea. They come in round or square and have a slight lip on the edge so that any spills or pretend tea party accidents don't immediately go on the floor. It's light, easy to assemble and not such a horrifying piece of plastic in the house. You can get the stools which might be a bit wibbly for a two year old or the chair with the back on it. millsa
I second IKEA kritter, very sturdy and lots of colours to choose from, or you can get a plain pine one and paint it yourself Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/13239-recommendation-for-toddler-table-and-chairs/#findComment-360528 Share on other sites
Polly D
You can buy the table from their Lack range which seems to me to be more or less the same and only costs ?4.99.
