If you can deal with my terrible french (I have a french husband so I have no excuse to be rubbish!) my baby boy and I would love to do coffee! I'd also love to find out what other french groups/classes/families there are around this area

well my husband's french is pretty .... limited but we're hoping it can only get better !!!!!!

i'm french speaking and it would b great to meet up! the thing is the most used french words might be pretty easy to learn starting with ..."nooooooon ne fait pas ca":)

Cadet Rousselle is a playgroup for French speaking parents and bilingual families - it enables children to learn how to play together in French. It is also a perfect forum for bilingual families generally to meet informally and make new local friends.

Cadet Rousselle's weekly sessions at the One O'Clock Clubs follow a structured programme of arts and crafts activities based on the French cultural calendar as well as songs and story-telling. www.cadetrousselle.co.uk

Hi all,

I am French mum to a 6 week=old little girl. My husband is English and I would love to meet French parents. I am also looking for a French childminder in East Dulwich for next year.

Would love to join you or coffee in Dulwich park at some point if possible!

Julie

Bonjour tout le monde--

I've just moved to East Dulwich and would love to be included in any future meet-ups of French-speaking moms. My husband and I are bilingual, from Quebec, and have a 7 month old son. I was glad to find out about the Cadet Rousselle group, and will be sure to drop by.

    • Hi Merry Christmas no joy with that Paul Hackett email thanks
    • Miss Robson is the last of the old school independent vets. All the chains are have seriously hiked their prices over the last few years which now makes pet ownership only possible for the wealthy few. Even with pet insurance -( which often excludes items or has ‘deductibles’ ) it is just so much money. A visit with some medication is often £150 - £200. The vets themselves are excellent.
    • Awful. A Google search came up with this, but will he check his office email over Christmas? Maybe worth also contacting local councillor? 'To contact Southern Housing's CEO, Paul Hackett, you can try his direct email, [email protected], or use the general contact email [email protected], as well as calling their main number, 0300 303 1066, for general inquiries or to be directed to the executive level.' Also, from the website: https://www.southernhousing.org.uk/latest-news/2025/contacting-us-over-the-festive-period   'Contacting us about an emergency? If you have an emergency outside of the above times over the festive period, such as severe flooding, an uncontainable leak, gas leak, complete electrical failure or lift breakdown, please call us on 0300 303 1066' I hope it is sorted out soon.
