Brilliant local personal trainer - David Wilson
nylonmeals replied to Valerie Rowe's topic in Reviews
Adding to this - I started training with David in September when I was feeling really low, unfit and unmotivated and I didn't want a "military" type, I wanted someone encouraging and supportive and someone who understood fitness in your 40s which is different to when I was younger. My fitness has totally changed - it's now become a habit that I really enjoy again and that's thanks to David! -
Know that David has been recommended on this Forum before, but just wanted to share his details. I started training with David after the first lockdown when I felt really unfit and totally unmotivated. What I like about David is that he's an older trainer, very calm and measured but so supportive. I'm in my mid-40s and needed a trainer who could understand what I needed from my training sessions. It's made such a difference to my mental and physical health. Training is very covid secure. [email protected] 07886 819934 www.fitfunactive.co.uk/david-wilson

Estate agent for renting out our one bed flat
nylonmeals replied to JessieJessie's topic in Request a Tradesperson
We just let out a flat that we own and used Open Rent. It was properly great and cost us ?29 rather than thousands Couldn't recommend highly enough. The clincher for us was estate agents continuing to take fees if tenants re-sign for a second year. https://www.openrent.co.uk/ -

Chalkwell Beach in Essex is lovely for swimming, never too crowded and not too far away.

Lumberjacks in Camberwell are also doing a free breakfast and lunch service which they deliver to Kings daily - you can purchase a meal for them to donate here https://shop.wearelumberjack.co.uk/collections/buy-a-meal-for-an-nhs-worker

We have ordered from Smith&Brock in Camberwell who are delivering great fresh fruit and veg or dairy boxes https://www.knock-knock-groceries.com/products/small-premium-seasonal-fruit-veg-box Takes 5-7 days though as they are a bit inundated but the quality is great and the prices reasonable

nylonmeals replied to Lau's topic in The Family Room Discussion
We wanted a french speaker for our after school care and used Ici Londres https://www.ici-londres.com/annonces which has lots of young french students/20 somethings in London. (they obviously all are here to speak/learn english) -
