Walworth Road Tesco

Does anyone know what happened on the Walworth Road this afternoon at Tesco Met? I went past there and there were LOADS of police and paramedics and resuss kit kind of abandoned right by the cash point. Forensics were already inthe store? Gut feeling was it was a shooting but seeing as its the end of the month could have been a heart attack brought on by a balance enquiery...who knows in these deep dark mysterious areas that we roam?

That must explain all the police cars and vans racing North through Peckham on my way home then. I'm guessing it wasn't a heart attack for that many Police to be zooming down there.

There was a young lad slumped in the corner by the Gateway/Funeral Parlour, lots of policemen and a couple of crying girls. I tried to avert my eyes but all the policement waving their arms around did rather attract the attention, I couldn't see any obvious signs of violence. This was about 4.50.
