Are there any local bars or pubs open for NYE this year?

All of them I would think.

Some may be charging.. although the general trend seems to be FREE entry.

The house of Tippler is open till late with pretty tapas serving till 9

Basically all of the bars and pubs in East Dulwich will be open. Just select one and call ahead to make sure they aren't ticket only entrance
