Police motorcade on Barry road

Anyone else see this? I was just having lunch in Homemade on Barry road (Delicious, btw) when I saw three police motorbikes, lights flashing, stopping all traffic for a black Range Rover with two ordinary looking blokes in. Anyone know who they were?

I've seen this a few times. i think it is a local politico living in Dulwich as i see them heading down red post hill and through the village.

If the motorbikes are for security, seems a bit daft drawing attention to the occupants of the car, doesn't it??
