JAGS Sports Club Team Posted January 9, 2017 Share Posted January 9, 2017 If you want the ultimate legs, bums and tums workout, sign up to a 10 week adult trampoline course at JAGS Sports Club!This Friday night session is a perfect end to a long week, a great excuse to stay 'dry' in January, and a brilliant start to the weekend. Trampoline is an extremely effective method of getting/keeping in shape, and will offer you a cardio workout as well as multiple toning opportunities. All levels welcome.
