YOGA BASED STRETCHING & STRENGTHENING EXERCISE


One to one, or in your own tailor made small groups, I will come to your home and guide you through enjoyable movement and breath work.


We may stand or use chairs and walls; there will be no need to get down on the floor. We work from the inside out, so there is no stress or strain on muscles or joints as they are exercised gently in time with the flow of breath.


With 21 years of personal practice and 14 years of teaching yoga, my classes are suitable for everyone. Modifications of positions are available to include all levels of practice (including injuries and chronic conditions).
