Can anyone out there put a ship in a bottle?

I would like to suprise my girlfriend with a putting-a-ship-in-a-bottle lesson somewhere in London but am struggling to find anywhere/anyone that can offer any ideas on where to start looking. If anyone knows anything about this hobby please let me know.
