Estate agent fees

Could anybody give me an idea of what the various estate agent fees are at present?

2bed flat if that helps with answers.

They range from 0.75% to 3% dependant on the agent, the average appears to be 1%, don't be afraid to negotiate as there are more buyers than sellers.

I would second Giggirl's recommendation for No Flies - we just sold our flat through them and we couldn't have asked for a better Estate Agent. It wasn't an easy sale in the end, but their professionalism and communication held it together. We thought their valuation and fees were really reasonable fair too.
